We were fairly busy all day starting with bringing the grids from KAGS to the show site first thing in the morning and getting them set up in our space before the paintings started to arrive.
The artists could bring their art in starting at 10am with the last piece being accepted at 1pm.

It certainly isn't an easy thing to do when you have sixty two paintings from twenty three different artists in a wide variety of media and styles.
Then all the lighting had to be checked and final changes were made to the exhibit.

Lastly the demonstration areas were set up for the artists that are going to be painting throughout the weekend.
The hours for the show are:
17 Sep 16 from 10am-5pm
18 Sep 16 from 12pm-5pm
I hope that some of you will be able to come out and enjoy the art show and the canoe exhibits at the Museum.
