I decided I would start this painting. It is from a photograph I took after finishing the barn chores this morning and walking back to the house. The early morning sun gave a warm orange glow to the back of the house which contrasted strongly against the blue sky and the dark blue cast shadows from the trees creating patterns across the white snow.
I will post this painting at a later date once more of it has been completed.
