Even though there were storm warnings of freezing rain, we were fortunate that there was only a little bit of rain in the morning and the temperatures were slow in dropping so we didn't end up with a flash freeze.A number of people came out the enjoy the show and I would like to thank new collector Ms. Jane Dailey of Norwood, Ontario on her purchase of Hibiscus (see posting on 10 May 2010).
I spent most of the day speaking with the visitors and working on paintings, including this one of Winter Trees that I had started last year (see posting on 11 Feb 2013).
The ACEO shown here is an original watercolour painting using Artist quality Windsor & Newton paint on 300lb. Arches 100% rag, acid free watercolour paper. It is priced at $20.00 and sold unframed.
