The sky has been put in with a little of the sky colour washed over the snow in some areas; leaving most of the foreground snow the white of the paper.
The background of the forest has been washed in and some of the tree trunks are indicated, as well as lifting a few light trunks out for birch trees.The foreground rocks were put in and then scraped to create texture.
A few grasses and growies were put in place among the rocks and others are shown to be poking out of the snow.
I will post this painting at a later date once I have more of it completed.
