Using various mixtures of new gamboge and alizarin crimson put in the sky and foreground and set it aside to dry.
Once it was completely dry I lightly drew in a fence line and some trees along the fence.
With a wash of alizarin crimson and French ultramarine blue I put in the distant trees.
Next I darkened the mixture with burnt sienna and I painted in the snake fence and the tree trunks.
I added raw sienna to the mix and put in the coniferous trees along the fence line.
Lastly I used various mixtures of burnt sienna, raw sienna, new gamboge and alizarin crimson to paint in the grasses and growies along the fence line.
