Using a small sponge to put in the autumn leaves on the closer trees I used mixtures of cadmium red, cadmium yellow, aureolin and new gamboge.I started with the larger trees in the middle area and darkened the colours as I worked my way forward to the largest tree in the foreground.
Using a brush I added a few leaves scattered throughout the grasses.
