Bonnie Windover gave a demonstration of how to create roses using a credit card to pull out the rose petals. It was interesting to see how quick and easy it was to make a rose.First paint is put down on the paper in the approximate shape of a rose. Then using a credit card the highlights are pulled out.
It does give an interesting affect.
Afterward you go in and paint in the calyx, leaves and stems and any extra details you wish to add.
