Foggy Morning 1

Today is a very hot 79F (26C) and humid 93F (34C) day. Fortunately, we do have a bit of a breeze that is helping to keep it from being unbearable outside.

I am saddened that Smoky has not returned from her wandering. I hope she has just found another farm rather than the alternative.

Often in the morning as the sun starts to rise over the distant hills, I look out over the woodland and Snelgrove Brook at the bottom of the hill, I watch the tendrils of fog as they drift above the water and weave in and out between the trees.

I drew in the parts of the trees that could be seen and left the bottom areas blank with the fog hiding them from sight.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my blog and enjoy the artwork.
