Yesterday at KAGS we had the three different tea services from which to choose. After doing sketches of each display I decided to paint a couple of the traditional tea cups.
The reason I chose them was that I liked how the red colour from the cloth they were placed on was reflected back on the white of the cups.
I will post this painting at a later date once more of it has been completed.
